Company History

Andrew Loeffler, the owner and founder of Synergetic Solutions Business Consulting LLC found a love for good business at the age of 18. He started out in retail and consistently created and found new ways to improve the companies for which he worked. He believed that there was always a better way to do everything, even if it had already been improved.

During college, Andrew completed two Bachelor degrees, one as a Professional Pilot and the other in Technology Management. During his nearly 1800 hours as a pilot, he learned the value of standardized systems and procedures to produce consistent and safe results. He began to apply this concept in business with great success and standardized several companies that he worked for. This standardization allows company owners more freedom from their companies by designing their businesses to “run themselves” through a well-developed system of operation and procedures with the personal touch of the owners.

While completing his degree in Technology Management, Andrew took a class called Theory of Constraints. This class expounded on everything that he had already been doing for the past several years and led him to take several other consulting specialization courses. He then began working with companies in a consultant capacity and enjoyed helping them improve beyond their current levels. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master’s in Business to learn more about current business practices.

Andrew found that he enjoyed helping companies improve and become successful and wanted to share his expertise with other businesses. As a consultant, he finds that he is able to offer an outside perspective of a company and improve the customer’s satisfaction and experience through marketing and branding. In 2007, he formed Synergetic Solutions Business Consulting LLC and currently consults with small businesses to help them achieve their business and personal goals. He especially enjoys working with small businesses because of the drive and vision of the owners who really care about what they do and how they do it. He looks forward to improving your efficiency and profitability.
